Angela Moore Pulls Fall Fashion Out of a....Trunk?

Angela & Sam Goethals setting up for the show

Like the proverbial rabbit out of a hat, Angela Moore, Newport style setter, pulled Fall 2010 fashion out of a trunk, actually two trunks, as her stylish boutique on Bellevue Avenue recently hosted two important fall collections. Sam Goethals, of Jack Rogers, the classic footwear designer who just launched a clothing line; as well as two representatives from Lilla P, a label famous for simple, draped classic designs and innovative tee shirts were there in style.

Ms. Weinreb came from a recent interview on The Oprah Winfrey Show. She admired the clothes, guests sipped champagne, and Angela herself was lovely in a Lilla P design.

The Angela Moore team

Angela Moore has partnered with the Ovarian Cancer National Alliance (OCNA) to design a limited edition Ovarian Cancer National Alliance bracelet and necklace set. This special design features teal crystals and celebrates the mission of the OCNA - to help raise awareness and advancing the interests of women with ovarian cancer. According to the data, the mortality rates for ovarian cancer have not improved in thirty years since the 'War on Cancer' was declared. However, other cancers have shown a marked reduction in mortality, due to the availability of early detection tests and improved treatments. Unfortunately, this is not the case with ovarian cancer, which is still the deadliest of all gynecologic cancers
