Lila Delman Real Estate Sweeps "Circle of Excellence" Awards

Lori Joyal, Melanie Delman & Robin Nicholson

They deal in mansions and estates, and sell to film stars, yachtsmen, dignitaries, politicians, and billionaires, and do it all with style and utter discretion.

And -- no surprise -- Lila Delman Real Estate just walked away with a number of prestigious performance awards from the Kent Washington Association of Realtors, achieving the top honors for both Individual and team awards, which has never been done by a single agency.

Melanie Delman, the quite social President of the company, and her teammate Robin Nicholson, achieved the Platinum Plus top award, one of only 3 to be so honored. The team was further recognized as the top producing team in Kent/Washington Counties for 2009. This is the third  year running that Ms. Delman has held in the top position.

Lori Joyal, managing broker of Lila Delman Real Estate’s Watch Hill office, won the Individual Platinum Plus award, the highest and most prestigious award available. She is the only professional to receive this award for 2009, and was recognized as the top-producing agent in Kent Washington Counties. This is the first time in the history of the award that both the top individual and top team were from the same company.

Other winners were: Gladys Barbosa of Lila Delman’s Narragansett and Newport offices, who won an Bronze Award-Individual; Janet Kermes of the Lila Delman, Narragansett office, won an Bronze Award- Individual; Kristen Jones, of Lila Delman, Narragansett office, won a Silver Award-Individual; and Dan and  Nicole Harding, also of Lila Delman’s Narragansett office, won a Silver Award, Team.

Newport Seen wonders how the other 1,300 members of this association felt, as Lila Delman went to the podium again and again?

Lila Delman Real Estate has just sold the Carnegie Abbey Club golf residence of film star Anne Archer, and is marketing the Gray Craig estate in Middletown (we all  know what financially distressed film star owns that property), and the Hopedene and Fairholme waterfront estates in Newport. Viva those sticks and stones, put together so artfully, that make the extraordinary architecture of Newport. It all comes to Lila Delman, sooner or later.
